Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, A.A.G alongwith Shafaat Ali Mirza and WHC Akhtar Hussain, respondents No.4 and 5.

            Respondents No.4 and 5 are present alongwith learned A.A.G. They undertake that they will not cause any harassment to the petitioner. They both submit that the petitioner was incharge of Driving License Branch Tando Muhammad Khan where some incident took place on 18.05.2016 and such FIR has been registered vide Crime No. 4/2016 at P.S ACE Hyderabad District. The respondents No.4 and 5 further submit that since the petitioner was incharge of the Driving License Branch, therefore, they want to record his statement and for that purpose they have written to the high ups. However, they clearly submit that they are acting strictly in accordance with the law and not causing harassment to the petitioner.  In view of their categorical statement the counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
