            The Senior Superintendent of Police, Hyderabad, respondent No.1, submitted the comments through SIP Muhammad Changal, which are taken on record. Respondents No.4,5 and 6 are present.             There is some dispute between the parties for some construction of the main entrance in which petitioner claims that the respondents No.3 to 6 are causing harassment. Respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.3 is his brother who has already filed F.C. Suit No. 490 of 2015 in the Court of 1^st Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad. Copy of order is available at Page 27 which shows that the injunction application has been dismissed and the subject matter was the same on some construction issue. Respondents No.3 to 6 may pursue their remedy in accordance with the law before the civil court but in future they will not cause any harassment or threat to the petitioner and they will strictly act in accordance with the law. Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied on these directions. The petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed application. The Additional SHO of P.S Market Hyderabad is also present. He is directed to ensure that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner and all will act strictly in accordance with the law.
