          C.P.No.D-647/2016 has been filed by Mst. Aasma through her father Hafiz Mazloom Aslam, in which she has prayed that D.I.G. Hyderabad may be directed to conduct inquiry with further prayer that respondents No.5 to 13 may be restrained from harassing or pressurizing the petitioner and her family.

          One Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.S-182/2016 is also attached, which has been filed by Hafiz Mazloom Aslam, the father of petitioner Mst. Aasma, in which he has prayed that respondents No.1 to 4 may be directed to recover the detenue (Mst. Aasma) from illegal confinement of respondents No.5 to 11 and produce her before this Court. He has also prayed for further direction that respondents No.5 to 11 may be restrained from causing any harassment to the applicant and his family.

          Today, SHO Police Station Balo Ja Quba District Shaheed Benazirabad is present in Court and has filed a comprehensive progress report. It is clearly stated in the report that on 08.06.2016, SHO came to know that alleged abductee Mst. Aasma is present in her house. On the same day, he visited the house of applicant Hafiz Mazloom Aslam and found Mst. Aasma at her home, thereafter he prepared his memo in presence of official mashirs. Mashiranama is  also attached.

          Today, though the counsel for the petitioner is called absent twice but the petitioner has given statement in writing that they have resolved the matter with private respondents amicably and does not want to proceed further and requests that C.P.No.D-647/2016 and Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.S-182/2016 may be disposed of in view of her statement submitted in Court.

          Learned A.A.G. as well as learned D.P.G. both have also no objection.

          Accordingly, the aforesaid matters are disposed of. However, if the petitioner and her father have any further grievance, they may approach this Court as according to them the matter has been resolved but in case the private respondents cause any harassment or intimidation to them, they may approach to this Court again. We also direct all the private respondents not to cause any harassment or intimidation to the petitioner in future and they will act strictly in accordance with law.
