          On the last date of hearing, the petitioner and his counsel both were called absent, however in the interest of justice notice was issued by this Court but today the matter is fixed for non-prosecution. We called the matter twice but neither the petitioner nor his counsel appeared which shows that they have lost interest in this matter. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
