          On last date of hearing also counsel for the petitioner was called absent and today the position is same. The case relates to the PSP encaderment under the Police Service of Pakistan (Composition Cadre & Seniority) Rules, 1985 which has already been decided by this court through a detailed Judgment, authored by one of us (Muhammad Ali Mazhar.J.) which was affirmed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. May be, this is the reason that nobody is appearing in this case and the petitioner has lost his interest. Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
