Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J: Through this petition, the Petitioner has prayed that directions may be issued to the Respondents to appoint him on disable quota without any further delay.

2.      During course of arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner pointed out page 35 which is an order of the Wafaqi Mohtasib passed on 09.07.2014 in which the complainant was the same petitioner and the Establishment was also same. In the recommendations, the Advisor to the Mohtasib has already given directions to provide job opportunity to the petitioner within thirty (30) days. Learned counsel submits that execution application for implementation of the order of the Mohtasib has already been filed and matter is fixed before the authority on 15.06.2016.    

3.      Since the Petitioner has already availed appropriate remedy. This petition is not maintainable which is dismissed. Learned counsel submits that against the order of the Mohtasib, the Department has filed an appeal before the President of Pakistan which is pending. Since an application has already been moved for the implementation let it be proceeded in accordance with law. Since petitioner claims to be disable, therefore, we expect that learned Mohtasib will decide the pending application to an early date.
