3.         The applicant has filed this application for protective bail in Crime No.02/2016 of P.S Chalgari, district Matiari, lodged under sections 364,    365-B, 395, 147, 148, 149 PPC, 337-H(ii), A(i), F(I), QDO, 6/7 A.T.A.

In the F.I.R complainant has stated that on 11.01.2016 he was present at his home alongwith his brother and paternal uncle when the applicant came alongwith ten persons whose names are mentioned in the F.I.R. while 9 to 10 unknown persons were also accompanied with him and they gave hakal to send Bilawal outside, thereafter started firing blindly and injured younger brother of the complainant. Some other persons were also sustaining injuries. They kidnapped Bilawal, Mst. Reshman and Mst. Sharifa on the force of weapon.

Learned counsel submits that the name of applicant is mentioned in the F.I.R. but he has not been assigned any specific role. The applicant wants to surrender before the trial court but he apprehends his arrest, therefore, this application for protective bail has been filed.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for seven days subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This protective bail order will remain in force for seven days from today and will cease to exist after expiry of seven days or the date on which the applicant will surrender before the trial court, whichever is earlier.

Protective bail application is disposed of.
