            The consignment of the petitioner is held up for implementation of requirements contained in Import Policy Order, which requires registration with Provincial Environmental Agency and Environmental Audit Report and admittedly that issue is pending before the Environmental Tribunal at Multan. Mr. Kashif Nazeer says that the respondents are ready to entertain the petitioner’s request for shifting the goods to Common Pool Fund Bonds so that demurrages would be avoided and they would release the petitioner’s consignment on fulfillment of the conditions as contained in Clause 9 of the Import Policy Order.
