Muhammad Ali Mazhar, J: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that along with the comments of the Respondent No.2, they have also attached a copy of order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in C.P No.144-K of 2014 (Muhammad Ibrahim Abro Vs. Province of Sind & others). Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with the directions to the Respondents to complete the process for recruitment strictly in accordance with the directions given in the Judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court.  

2.      Learned A.A.G himself pointed out para-7 of the comments filed by the Respondent No.2 through statement dated 20.11.2014 in which it is clearly stated that Government of Sindh has lifted ban on recruitment and he argued that process of the recruitment shall be completed in accordance with law as well as undertaking given by the Secretary, Population Welfare Department in the Apex Court and guidelines mentioned in the Judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in C.P No.144-K of 2014. By consent, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
