The Petitioner was employed by Pakistan International Airlines Corporation (“PIAC”) as Senior Technician, who was dismissed from service on 15.3.2013. The Petitioner has approached this Court for the directions against Respondents to decide his appeal within 15 days. It is well settled that PIAC has no statutory rules of service and the relationship of the employer and employees is of Master and Servant, therefore, the proper remedy is to file suit rather than constitution petition.

After arguing the matter at some length, the learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this petition and he wants to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed applications.
