            The notice was issued to the respondents in this case on 18.03.2015; since the cost was not paid therefore, this matter was fixed on 26.09.2015 for non-prosecution when one week time was granted but again it was fixed for non-prosecution on 28.04.2015 then also one week time was granted. Today again the matter is fixed for non-prosecution; neither the Petitioner is present nor his counsel. We called the matter twice. The conduct of the petitioner shows that he has lost the interest in this case therefore, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
