Muhammad Ali Mazhar J.-  Today this petition is fixed for orders on urgency application, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the parawise comments filed by respondents No.1 and 2. By consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AAG the urgent application is allowed and the matter is taken up for hearing of main case.

 

            The petitioner has prayed for his appointment on deceased son quota. In the comments filed by respondents No.1 and 2 it is clearly mentioned that the case of the petitioner has been forwarded to the competent authority alongwith all requisite documents which is awaited. In the concluding paragraph of the comments it is further stated that the petitioner has not been denied his right nor process of his appointment has been finalized but his case is pending for obtaining the permission of the competent authority and as soon as the approval is accorded his request will be considered accordingly. After going through the comments filed by the respondents No.1 and 2 through Secretary Labour and Human Resources Department to Government of Sindh the learned AAG himself proposed that the matter may be disposed of with some directions to the concerned department.

 

By consent this petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to expedite the process of appointment as stated in their comments within three months.
