          None present for the petitioner. This petition for Quo Warranto has been filed against the Respondent No.3 who was holding the post of Director General, L.D.A. Learned counsel for the L.D.A as well as A.A.G submit that during pendency of this petition Agha Maqsood Abbas has already been removed from his office, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. Another C.P No.D-402 of 2015 is also tagged with this petition in which also learned counsel for the petitioner has given the same statement and we have disposed of that petition. Since the Respondent No.3 is same in this petition, therefore, this petition is also disposed of accordingly.
