These two petitions were filed by Barrister Mohammad Jamil but he expired during the pendency of these petitions. Even otherwise the petitions were related to the appointment of Principal and fixing of criteria which has already been resolved by the Board of Governors. Ms. Shahida Jamil wife of late petitioner present in Court is also of the view that these petitions have abated. Ordered accordingly.
