          Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition was preferred against the order of the Labour Appellate Tribunal, whereby, the matter was remanded back to the Labour Court but, during pendency of this petition, the Labour Court has already decided the matter and again the Petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Labour Appellate Tribunal, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. Mr. M. Rafiq Malik advocate confirms this statement. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
