            Mr. Ali Asadullah Bullo advocate for respondent No.2 and 3.

            The petitioners have approached this Court for regularization of their services in Lyari Development Authority (LDA). Today the learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 has submitted a statement in which it is categorically stated that LDA has constituted a committee for regularization including the petitioners which process will be completed within three months. The petitioners present in Court alongwith their counsel are satisfied to this statement. However, they state that though they are performing their duties regularly but for last seventeen months their salaries are not being paid to them therefore they pray that during scrutiny process at least some orders may be passed for release of arrears of their salaries as well as current salaries as they are facing swear hardship and holy month of Ramzan is also approaching.

The petition is disposed of in view of the statement submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3. Copy of this order may be forwarded to the Director General Liyari Development Authority who will also examine as to whether the salaries of the five petitioners have been paid or not and in case it is found that their salaries are stuck up we expect that the Director General (LDA) will consider this matter and will pass necessary orders for payment of salaries of the petitioners.
