Mr. Mohammad Junaid Farooq advocate has filed Vakalatnama for the petitioners. Petitioner is also present in person.

Mr. Haider Waheed advocate for the respondents.

During course of the arguments Mr. Mohammad Junaid Farooq pointed out page 71 of the Court file which is an appeal submitted to the Appellate Authority of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd., Islamabad on 30.12.2015. The learned counsel argued that despite pendency of this appeal no action has been taken so far. Mr. Haider Waheed learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 7 argued that if the appeal is pending the same shall be decided by the appellate authority within three weeks. The Court asked the learned counsel who is the appellate authority in this case on which Mr. Haider Waheed replied that the termination order available at page 17 of the court file, was passed by the General Manager (HRO) but the appellate authority is Senior Executive Vice President who will decide the appeal. The petitioner has alleged some bias against SEVP for the reasons that he filed some affidavit against him before the Federal Ombudsmen therefore he requests that his appeal may be heard and decided by some other competent person. Since Mr. Haider Waheed has already conceded to that the appeal shall be decided within three weeks therefore this petition is disposed of with the directions to the Chairman of respondent No.2 to assign the appeal of the petitioner to some other Senior Executive Vice President for decision on merits. The petitioner shall be given ample opportunity of hearing before the appellate authority and thereafter the decision will be passed and communicated to him in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
