            None is present on behalf of the applicant nor for ANF.

A review of the diary sheet depicts that same was the situation when the case was instituted on 13.01.2016 and thereafter on 27.01.2016 and 17.02.2016 except that Mr. Muhammad Iqbal, advocate made appearance on 09.03.2016,  the matter subsequent thereto was fixed on 21.03.2016,  25.04.2016 as well as today, but neither the applicant nor his counsel as well as nor the Prosecutor ANF is present. It seems that applicant has lost interest in pursuing the instant application. The application is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
