Mr. Farhan Zia Abrar, advocate for the petitioner/applicant.

The counsel has referred CMA No. 3829/2016, which is not fixed today, in terms of which the counsel seeks submission of indemnity bond instead of security/property document in respect of the arrears of rent, which he was required to submit with the Nazir of this Court, pursuant to the order dated 09.05.2016.  Since the said indemnity bond would be of no material benefit, in case of default of the payment, as anticipated by the order dated 09.05.206. There seems no merit in these assertions, however, in the interest of justice; one week time is granted to comply with the order dated 09.05.2016.
