            After arguing the matter at some length, the counsel for the petitioner says that since he has already approached the redressal committee, therefore, he would be satisfied, if directions are imparted to them for expeditious disposal of the petitioner’s appeal/complaint. Learned A.A.G. has no objection to such a relief.

            In the circumstances, we while disposing of this petition, direct the redressal committee, constituted in terms of Notification dated 10.02.2016, to decide the petitioner’s complaint, strictly in accordance with law.

            The petition alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of in the above terms.
