                    The counsel for the respondents request for time to file comments.

                    The counsel for the petitioners says that the goods imported by the petitioner fall under PCT Heading 3925.9000 and  valuation ruling of 7^th July 2015,  were assessable  at the rate of US$ 0.90 per Kg, however, the respondents are claiming to assess it at US$ 1.20 per Kg.  The Counsel for the respondents says that the earlier valuation ruling which attracted assessment at US$ 0.90 per Kg was issued on 7^th July 2015 whereas, the petitioner had imported the consignment in August, September and October, 20165,  therefore the goods were assessable on the basis of new valuation ruling at US$ 1.20 per Kg. The counsel for the petitioner requests for time to show that even till date the goods under the same PCT are being assessed at US$ 0.90 per Kg.
