The matter relates to rights enjoyed by the tenant through a private tenancy agreement between the parties and having a decision made in FRA       No. 178/2011 the petitioner has filed the instant petition invoking constitutional jurisdiction of this Court.  While the counsel for the petitioner is called absent. Let intimation notice be sent to the counsel for the petitioner for the next date of hearing.

To come up on 23.05.2016 to be taken up at 11.00 a.m.  on which date, the counsel to satisfy the Court as to how the instant petition is maintainable in the light of judgment reported in 2014 YLR 2331 as well as how the window created by Article 199 of the Constitution to help in the instant case viz. 2001 SCMR 338 is applicable to the petitioner.
