Mr. Muhammad Shafi Rajput, advocate for the petitioner.

In terms of the instant petition, the petitioner merely seeks compliance of the Judgment dated 15.12.2011 and decree passed on the said judgment, in terms of which while the father of the minor was allowed to remain in-touch with the minor, meeting on monthly basis on every fourth Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon in the Court against transportation charges of Rs.400/= were ordered. The counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No. 1 is not honouring the said orders of the Court and making frivolous applications for adding visitation rights. The counsel has prayed this Court so that Respondent No. 2 may not be allowed to go beyond the final judgment as to alter the said visitation rights as to his whims. The said prayer seems to be fair.  I, therefore order that unless there are any other order in the field with regard to the alteration of such visitation rights as provided for in the order dated 22.12.2010, Respondent No. 2 is directed to abide and respect the visitation rights as per schedule, provided for in the said order.

The petition alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of in the above terms.
