2-4. The petitioner has challenged the dismissal order dated 20.10.2015 passed by the Sindh Reserve Police (SRP). The petitioner is a civil servant and this court has no jurisdiction to entertain any such petition which is barred under Article 212 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the dismissal order, departmental appeal has been filed which is still pending. Learned AAG, Mr.Abdul Jabbar Qureshi, waives notice of this petition. Copy has been supplied to him. He has gone through page 39 which is dismissal order and page 41 which is memo of appeal. He submits that petition may be disposed of with some directions to the department to decide appeal expeditiously on which the counsel for the petitioner is satisfied.

Petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to decide appeal if any pending, within one month and in case the petitioner is found aggrieved he may approach Service Tribunal for redress of his grievance.
