The Petitioner has challenged transfer notification dated 24.07.2014 whereby; one Abdul Khalique Officer BS-18 was transferred and posted as Director Education, K.M.C vice Muhammad Ahsan Khan an Officer of BS-18 who was directed to report Administrator K.M.C, she has also made Abdul Khalique as respondent No.7. Apparently the Petitioner has no direct nexus with the transfer order except an allegation that Secretary Local Government failed to consult with the Administrator K.M.C. for the posting of respondent No.7 as Director Education. It is further stated that before posting of any employee of K.M.C., the Secretary Local Government is liable to consult with the Administrator. No notice has been issued in this case even on 20-01-2015 when this case was fixed before the scrutiny Bench the petitioner and her counsel were called absent. Today also we called the matter twice but neither the Petitioner appeared nor her counsel.

The petitioner is dismissed for non-prosecution.
