          Through this jail appeal, the appellant has assailed the judgment dated 19.05.2015, passed by Judge Anti-Terrorism Court No.VII, Karachi in Special Case No.126/2013, whereby he has been convicted and sentenced to suffer R.I. for five years and fine of Rs.50,000/-. In lieu of fine he shall suffer further S.I. for six months. However, benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C. is extended to him. Though, same has been prepared through jail, in view of above, appeal is admitted for regular hearing.

          Let R&P be called and paper book be prepared on state expenses.

          Appellant has impugned the judgment dated 18.2.2016 recorded by learned Judge Special Court-II (CNS), Karachi in Special Case No.964 of 2014 arising out of Crime No.ASO-150/2014, under Section 6/9-C read with Section 14/15 of the CNS Act, 1997, registered at P.S. Customs, Karachi, whereby she has been awarded life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs.1,000,000/- (rupees one million). In lieu of fine she has to suffer further S.I. for five years. However, benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C. has been extended to her.

          Appeal, being statutory right, is admitted for regular hearing.

          Let R&P be called and paper book be prepared on state expenses.
