3.         Through the instant petition, the petitioner has challaned the order passed by the Family Court in the Family Suit No. 448/2015 contending that the petitioner was married to Respondent No. 1, however, Respondent No. 1 is denying such marriage. Notwithstanding therewith, the contention is that while the Respondent No. 1 was denying such wedlock, how the Khula could be granted, in the first instance by the instant order. Be that as it may, a perusal of the file depicts that the petitioner has not put forward any evidence in support of his contention that he married  Respondent No. 1.  Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce Nikahnama, photographs and other documents showing that the marriage took place between the petitioner and Respondent No. 1.

                        Adjourned to a date in office.
