Mr. ShaikhRehanFarooque, advocate for the petitioner.

The petition relates to an order passed by the Family Court, in terms of which maintenance for three children has been set as Rs.5,000/= per month. The counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has contracted second marriage and has children out of this wedlock too and he is working as labourer in Saudi Arabia on a meager salary and the maintenance awarded in the impugned order cannot be afforded by the petitioner. Be that as it may, a perusal of the documents shows that no evidence has been submitted to show the current employment, educational qualification and experience related to the petitioner.  Counsel undertakes to submit these documents on the next date of hearing alongwith a proper statement.
