            Counsel for the petitioner has moved CMA No.12723 of 2016 under Order 23 read with Section 151 CPC for the withdrawal of this petition. In the supporting affidavit it is stated that the petitioner has moved an application for review in the Apex Court.  In view of this situation, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications.
