            Mr. Adnan Karim has submitted a notification dated 25^th April, 2016 to show that in pursuance of a judgment passed by the Apex Court in Civil Review Petition No. 193 of 2013, the promotion of respondent No.3 as Assistant Engineer Civil BS-16 in relaxation of rules was withdrawn/cancelled. After seeing the notification, the associate of Mr. Khalid Jawaid Khan, is satisfied that the favour of out of turn promotion given to the respondent No.3 has been withdrawn therefore, he requests that petition may be disposed of. Order accordingly.
