The father of the petitioner submits that their counsel is on general adjournment,  as he is out of country due to his personal pre-occupations.

Respondent No. 3 present confirms that she is in possession of the property in question, however, she submits that a large number of bills  have been accumulated for the period the property remained in possession of the petitioner. The respondent is advised to submit on the next date a detailed statement showing all the accounts alongwith the relevant bills/documents.

            By consent, adjourned to 23.05.2016.
