            The Petitioner was provisionally allowed to appear in first NTS examination which was conducted for the selection of Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate. Today the petitioner and his counsel both are called absent. However, Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Memon Additional MIT-I of this Court has submitted copy of the result sheet according to which the petitioner obtained 55 marks in the first test and he secured 63 marks in the second test but he was not selected in the interview process. The result sheet is taken on record. In view of this position, the petition is dismissed alongwith pending applications.
