            The Petitioner was provisionally allowed to appear in NTS examination conducted for the selection of Civil Judges & Judicial Magistrates. Today the petitioner and his counsel both are called absent. However, Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Memon Additional MIT-I of this Court is present and submitted copy of result sheet according to which the petitioner Sajid Ali in the first test obtained 49 marks and in the second test he secured 50 marks, but in the interview process he was not selected. The result sheet is taken on record. In view of this position, the petition is dismissed accordingly alongwith pending applications.
