The Petitioner was provisionally allowed to appear in NTS examination conducted for the selection of Civil Judges & Judicial Magistrates. Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Memon Additional MIT-I of this Court is present and submits that the petitioner Zaheer Ahmed Ujjan in the first test obtained 49 marks and in the second test he secured 66 marks, but in the interview process he was not selected.

Counsel for the petitioner on instructions does not press this petition. Ordered accordingly.
