The petitioner has challenged the dismissal order dated 7.4.2015. He was employed in PIAC. Admittedly the PIAC has no statutory rules of service which has already been held by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. However, after arguing the matter at some length, the learned Counsel for the petitioner prefers to file the Suit for the appropriate relief.

In view of above submissions, the petition is disposed of accordingly along with listed applications. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate relief in accordance with law.
